Altiplano Double Jeu

The full measure of Piaget’s daring approach to design combined with its supreme mastery of ultra-thin movements were necessary to produce this astounding timepiece. It features two superimposed watch-cases, one of which opens sideways to reveal the other. Making its initial appearance in the collection, the Double Jeu provides dual time-zone readings thanks to its two state-of-the-art hand-wound calibres. It is a model that enjoys changing faces, as this white gold version set with sparkling diamonds demonstrates.

Quality craftsmanship is demonstrated both in the subtle alternation of polished and satin-brushed surfaces on the double case, and in the finishes that are typical of Piaget movements, such as circular Geneva ribbing and blued screws, both visible through the upper case-back. The coat-of-arms engraved on the lower case-back is a forceful reminder of the historical inspiration behind this model.
