The boys in black won the first Tortugas Open Match by an impressive 20-12.

The Tortugas Open, the first leg of the Triple Crown in Argentina, resumed on Sunday October 4th, with the match between Ellerstina Piaget and La Aguada Las Monjitas. Following a great and quick match, the boys in black won by an impressive 20-12. Facundo Pieres was the maximum scorer of the match with 8 goals.

“We played really well, I am very happy with the way our team played during this match” said Facundo Pieres.

The 2015 Ellerstina Piaget team presents a full Pieres lineup. Brothers’ Gonzalo Jr. (10), Facundo (10) and Nicolás (9) joined forces with their cousin and new 10-goaler, Polito. Former team member, Mariano Aguerre, is acting as the team coach.
