Reopening of the boutique in Geneva
After four months of work, the Piaget boutique on the Rue du Rhône in Geneva – the brand’s very first boutique in the world – has reopened its doors, clad in the sublime black and gold decor of the latest interior design.
A Spectacular Setting
To celebrate the reopening, Piaget transformed the place du Rhône, for the evening, into an enchanting garden, in honor of the Garden Party High Jewelry collection
Under a giant dome, surrounded by bouquets of Yves Piaget roses, nearly 300 guests were in attendance in the magical ambience of this timeless garden in the heart of Geneva.
Celebrities such as Carlos Leal, actor and Piaget’s Swiss ambassador, honored the gathering with their presence. Supermodel Bar Refaeli lit up the evening in her Limelight Garden Party jewelry set.
The Boutique Revelaled
Guests began the evening with a visit to the new boutique. Its black and gold decor reflects both the uncompromising standards of the jeweler's craft and the glamor and creativity intrinsically linked to the Piaget brand image.
In spaces devoted to each, the watch and jewelry collections are beautifully displayed. The highly refined and precious materials perfectly echo the components of the timepieces.
The dark wood highlights the technical and watchmaking expertise, while the transparent cases on marble stands give voice to the creativity and brilliance of the jewelry.
An emblematic boutique
It was in 1959 that Piaget invested its first window on the world at number 40 Rue du Rhône in Geneva.
It was labeled a salon, as its intention was clear: to receive guests in a warm and intimate atmosphere.
The store on Rue du Rhône in Geneva remained the brand's only boutique for over 20 years.
The celebrities and royalty who have visited the Salon Piaget in Geneva are numerous, attracted by the warm welcome and creativity of the collections on display.
Piaget has now decided to reaffirm that sense of hospitality in a space redesigned to showcase the Piaget expertise.
