Created exclusively for Piaget boutiques, this Piaget Altiplano watch represents the art of ultra-thin timepieces in a sublime setting. The 838D mechanical movement, just 3.1 mm thick and entirely skeletonized, is adorned with precious stones, representing a true feat of watchmaking. 174 diamonds adorn the extremely delicate bottom plate in gold, while 8 jewels mask the screws.
