Inspired by a model from the 1970s, this Limelight Exceptional Piece watch features a distinctive baguette-cut diamond setting known as "jupon" or petticoat, named after the petticoats that caused the haute couture dresses of the period to sway. Today's interpretation, with a double jupon setting, demands an impressive level of creativity and expertise: extreme precision in cutting the baguettes, defining their position, adjusting their tables and setting. The perfect undulation and fascinating shimmer of the diamonds, carefully held in place by prongs without any additional gold between them, depend on this expertise.
