The ultra-thin movements
12P movement
Ultra-thin, automatic
Manufacture Piaget 12P ultra-thin automatic mechanical movement.
The historic 12P movement incarnates the first generation of Piaget automatic movements. Launched in 1960, the 12P movement was the thinnest automatic movement in the world of its time: 2.3 mm thick. It features an off-centered oscillating weight in 18K gold.
The vertical Côtes de Genève, the circular-grained mainplate and the beveled bridges round off this exceptional movement, recalling the aesthetic codes cherished by the Swiss watchmaking brand.
