The Piaget Polo's Caliber 1290P minute repeater is defined by its exceptional tone, delivering 64 decibels of intensity, three harmonic partials, and a damping factor of 2,600. This acoustic mastery is the result of extensive research into both movement mechanics and case resonance.

IN-HOUSE MASTERY

The caliber 1290P is entirely conceived, developed, finished, and assembled at Piaget's Manufacture in La Côte-aux-Fées. With more than 400 components, it requires over 150 hours of dedicated hand finishing and assembly.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

The Piaget Polo's dial showcases the brand's mastery in High Watchmaking. Crafted from gold, its surface features intricate hand-guilloché, a demanding technique that creates a radiant "soleillé" (sunray) finish. A delicate opaline outer track adds beautiful contrast and depth.

PIONEERING THINNESS

The watch is housed in an elegant 18-carat white gold case, measuring 48mm in diameter and a remarkably slim 9.30mm thick. This design beautifully maintains the fluid "shape-in-shape" aesthetic iconic to the Piaget Polo collection.

UNPARALLELED EXCLUSIVITY

Only five numbered pieces of the Piaget Polo Minute Repeater watch will be crafted this year. Not a limited edition by design, but as a consequence of the work required for each piece.
