PIAGET OFFICIAL PARTNER OF ART GENÈVE

In Geneva, Palexpo is preparing to host the Art Genève fair from January 29 to February 1, 2026. These initiatives stem from Piaget's deep conviction that mastery stimulates art, and that supporting creativity in all its forms – whether it be an artist or an artisan – contributes to building a positive society.

THE PRIX SOLO ART GENÈVE - PIAGET

Piaget is delighted to become the new sponsor of the Prix Solo Art Genève-Piaget, the award that recognizes the finest artist presented at the solo section of the exhibition. The Maison is supporting excellence and artistry in contemporary art through the fair’s leading award.

PIAGET AND THE VISUAL ARTS

Piaget has a longstanding tradition of supporting art, artists and artisans. This tradition began in the 1960s with Yves Piaget, who established collaborations with the greatest contemporary artists of the era, including Salvador Dali, Arman, Hans Erni and Alberto Rizzo.

ANDY WARHOL AND PIAGET – ART GENÈVE

Within the Art Genève fair, the Piaget space, decorated by the french designer Jérémy Pradier-Jeauneau, invites visitors to highlight Andy Warhol's relationship with Piaget through an exhibition of some of the artist's watches. The scenographer has conceived the space as a work of art in its own right, where time materialises into volumes and is based on a curation of exceptional pieces of contemporary Collectible Design.

About The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc.

As the preeminent American artist of the 20th century, Andy Warhol challenged the world to see art differently. Since its founding in 1987, in accordance with Warhol’s will, The Andy Warhol Foundation has established itself among the leading funders of contemporary art in the United States. The Foundation has distributed nearly $300 million in cash grants which support the creation, presentation and documentation of contemporary visual arts, particularly work that is experimental, under-recognized or challenging in nature. The Foundation’s ongoing efforts to protect and enhance its founder’s creative legacy ensure that Warhol’s inventive, open-minded spirit will have a profound impact on the visual arts for generations to come. Proceeds the Foundation receives from licensing projects such as this contribute to the Foundation’s endowment from which these grants are distributed. www.warholfoundation.org.
