POSSESSION
Crafted in 1990, Piaget’s iconic collection featuring Decor Palace gold crafting, vibrant colours, and playful turning movement. Every moment is a precious Possession.
Own the moment
Since its launch in 1990, Yves G. Piaget’s straightforward concept for a fine jewelry ring within a ring has become a pillar for the Maison known as the “House of Gold”, a staple in many jewelry boxes, and a design reimagined in countless ways since its inception.
Turn the moment into a precious Possession
Turn the band one way to recall your favorite memories. Turn it the other way to create new ones. This turning ring is your talisman - own the moment.
“Possession” today is the canvas for Piaget’s mastery of handworked gold and gem-setting.
Possession is born as the first jewelry collection in movement. Showcasing the Maison’s mastery of gem setting, goldsmithing, and technical prowess in one take, these early kinetic jewels, with spinning components, were noticeable from afar. The birth of an icon.
Possession setting: a diamond shining its own light
This extends right down to the setting of the same name, the setting we call “Possession Setting”, which holds the central diamond between two brackets engraved in gold, so that the stone seems to stand proud by itself. This diamond is put under the limelight and as unique as the person who wears it.
Decor Palace: sophistication meets daring
Piaget’s signature gold engraving techniques, such as Decor Palace, which was inspired by the guilloché technique traditionally used on watch dials, heightens the overall effect, allowing the precious metal to catch every ray of light as the rings spin independently around the finger.
A LEGACY OF COLOURS
The iconic Possession jewelry collection now features ornamental stones: turquoise, sodalite, and dumortierite. A masterful play of delicate, deep blues celebrates color art, embodying its sensibility, refinement, and culture.
