The first jumping hours movement designed by Piaget, the 836P hand-wound mechanical movement displays the jumping hours and dragging minutes by disc. Featuring a balance with screws, this 311-component mechanism beats with a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour, for a power reserve of 50 hours. Its Haute Horlogerie finishes – circular Côtes de Genève decorations, circular-grained mainplate, bevelled bridges, blued screws and Piaget coat-of-arms – leave the Manufacture’s signature on this new movement and its original display.
