Combining the expertise of Piaget Haute Horlogerie and High Jewellery, the Altiplano gem-set skeleton self-winding watch dazzles with its 1200D movement, with fully gem-set bottom plate and working parts. The Manufacture Piaget is one of the very few to master such savoir-faire, with an ultra-thin movement of 3.00 mm and case of 6.00 mm. Gem-setting the bottom plate also requires that the working parts be paved. A prowess that combines watchmaking and jewellery, and requires over four days of work for a single movement. Piaget has elevated its art to the point of concealing the feet of the screws under ruby cabochons. Delicately gem-set between the bottom plate, bezel, the sapphire crystal case back and bracelet buckle, 360 brilliant-cut diamonds superbly enhance the precious composition of this luxury watch for men. This masterpiece is available only in Piaget boutiques.
