Combining the expertise of Piaget Haute Horlogerie and High Jewelry, the Altiplano gem-set skeleton self-winding watch dazzles with its 1200D movement, the bottom plate and working parts of which are entirely set with diamonds and black sapphire cabochons. In order to achieve this exceptional gem-setting, the bottom plate and bridges were specially designed to be made of gold. Only the Manufacture Piaget can master this exceptional expertise,with an extreme thinness of 3.00 mm for the movement and 6.10 mm for the case. Crafted in white gold, the case of this exceptional luxury watch dazzles with 332 brilliant-cut diamonds while its bezel is adorned with 40 baguette-cut black diamonds.
