Chapter 1 - Azureia
Water in all its guises serves as inspiration for Metaphoria’s first chapter, Azureia. From fast flowing streams to frozen lakes, tiny whirlpools to limpid depths, it is all captured by Piaget’s astonishing savoir-faire and a mastery of materials. Water’s hues are wrought in extraordinary gemstones, from the crisp, sharp light of the whitest diamonds, to the iridescent kaleidoscope of black opals and the azure blue of aquamarines. Chapter 2 - Beautanica
From the hardest fossil to the most delicate insect wing, precious ebony wood to mesmerizingly complex quartz crystal, some of earth’s most intriguing materials have been turned into precious objects in Piaget’s ateliers. Beautanica is an ode to the greens and browns of earth’s forests and minerals in their natural state, ingeniously conjured from those very minerals turned into precious, glinting gemstones and artisans.
