Sixtie
Bold, liberated shape and an interplay of light and textures, Sixtie carries forward the Maison’s unique vision of timekeeping:
“At Piaget, a watch is first and foremost a piece of jewellery”.
“DO WHAT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE BEFORE”
1969 marked a turning point for Piaget and the wider watchmaking world: staying true to the family mindset “Do what has never been done before”, Piaget unveiled the 21st Century Collection at the Basel Fair.

“A Piaget watch is first and foremost a piece of jewellery”, said Yves Piaget. Sixtie women watch adorns the wrist like a jewel, revealing a free-spirited femininity that is as distinctive as it is inspiring. Standing out from the crowd, its trapeze shape brings together the Maison’s heritage and the present in a graceful balance between the extravagance and the elegance.

FREE SHAPE, FREE SPIRIT, FREE EXPRESSION
Almost 60 years later, Piaget is celebrating the flamboyant creativity of its heritage, paying homage to its golden age, the 60s.
A WATCH WITH CHARACTER
The signature gadroons on the bezel refer to the Piaget 14101, a Beta 21 quartz watch, the first timepiece to feature the chiselled lines. These delicate lines playing with light tell of Piaget’s mastery of gold.

Bold, liberated shapes, luxurious materials, interplay of light and textures – Sixtie embodies Yves Piaget’s vision : "A watch is first and foremost a piece of jewellery.”
