Shipping your creation

You can organize your creation repair from the comfort of your home by following a few simple steps.

In order to send your creation to our workshop,

On our Piaget Care platform, you will be able set-up an account and request a complimentary shipping kit to be sent directly to your home. 

 

Easily pack your creation inside our shipping kit and utilize the pre-paid shipping label to safely send to our workshop to be analyzed by our experts. 

With our home service, you may access all details regarding your service request at any time, including its progress and tracking, as well as paying your cost estimate. 


Only genuine Piaget creations under a maximum recommended retail price of $80,000 USD are eligible for the home service option.
