You can organize your creation repair from the comfort of your home by following a few simple steps.
The Service Request Form home is available for only genuine Piaget creations under a registered public sales price of 80’000 USD.

Please connect on our client care platform care.piaget.com to request a service from home. If you don’t have yet a Piaget account, feel free to create one.
Once connected, you can request a shipping kit sent directly at your home.
You will receive regular communication throughout the process and will be able to validate main steps (cost estimate, payment) online directly on the client care platform.
